What the labels mean

Tell demonstrations, local work, server-backed results, and production evidence apart.

Read the source label

  • Synthetic or illustrative: fixed example data shows an interaction. It is not your workspace record and cannot establish a real outcome.
  • Local-only: state stays in the browser or a local process. Another user or device may not share it.
  • Server-backed: current backend state supports the displayed value or action in the named environment.
  • Production-verified: a specific deployed path passed its recorded acceptance checks. Source code or a local test alone does not earn this label.

Use the label when making decisions

Check whether a value came from your source, a seeded demonstration, or an unavailable service. If source, freshness, authority, or execution outcome is unknown, stop at review and resolve the gap before relying on it.
