Start with a result
Choose an outcome, provide data, and inspect the proposed setup before using it.
Choose the work
Quick Start begins with the result you want: watch for problems, see trends, get answers, or receive alerts. The choice guides a setup preview. It does not turn on a rule or send a message by itself.
- Sign in and select the workspace that should own the result.
- Open Quick Start and choose one outcome.
- Choose an existing dataset or connection, or upload a file when a snapshot is enough.
- Read the preview. Correct an inferred choice before starting setup if it does not match your work.
After setup
Setup can continue in the background. Return to the same operation to inspect progress or an error; do not start a duplicate just because the page was closed. A ready result opens in Home.
A connected source can refresh under its configured policy. A file upload is a snapshot until you replace it. Check the displayed update time before acting on a result.
When setup is blocked
- A permission error means this workspace has not granted the required setup action. Ask a workspace administrator for access.
- A source error means the selected file or connection could not be read. Inspect the operation detail, correct the source, and retry the failed stage when offered.
- A preview is a proposal, not proof of a completed import, live refresh, or governed action.
