What you share

The preview form asks for your name, work email, optional team or role, and a short operating question or use case. Please do not include credentials, customer records, or confidential business data.

How your inquiry is handled

We use inquiry details to reply, prepare a guided preview, and discuss fit. When direct delivery is available, the form sends an email to hello@factivum.com through iCloud Mail. If delivery is unavailable, the form prepares an email or copyable text; you choose whether to send it. Preparing a draft does not submit a request.

Messages you send become part of our email correspondence. We do not use this form to enroll you in a marketing list. Contact us to ask about your inquiry or request correction or deletion of information you supplied.

Browser preferences and technical requests

The site stores display preferences, such as theme, in your browser and can cache site files for offline use. Signing in uses session cookies. Loading the site also sends ordinary technical request information, including your IP address and browser details, to the server serving the page. This public website does not include advertising trackers.
